
A concentrated puree is a product obtained by grinding fruits, berries or vegetables with the addition of sugar, salt, various food additives and acids.
First, the fruits are washed in special washing machines and then dried. To soften the product, some types of fruits and berries are subjected to heat treatment. After this, they are placed into the masher, where they are mashed. The liquid is evaporated from the puree. At last the puree is sterilized.
Unlike the ordinary puree, the concentrated product contains less water and more nutrients, as well as trace elements and vitamins. This is a tasty and healthy product that retains all the benefits of fruits and vegetables.
