
Natural puree is a fruit, vegetable or berry puree with a concentration of raw materials up to 70%, obtained from ripe selected fruits. Such puree is rich in vitamins and useful trace elements, and is a good basis for preparing many different drinks and dishes.
Natural purees are produced in stages. First, selected fruits are washed and removed from the peel, stalk and core. This is followed by fruit cutting, preheating (boiling or blanching) and grinding. The resulting puree is mixed with other ingredients, packed in containers and pasteurized.
Natural purees are useful as baby food. They are also used to make drinks, dishes, sauces and various confectionery products.
A natural puree is very healthy, as it retains all the beneficial substances in its composition. It is quickly absorbed by the organism and actively participates in biochemical processes, providing a human with beneficial microelements, vitamins and minerals.
